For a decade, Tonya Zuckerman has been known for her invaluable contributions and tireless commitment serving senior adults and their families. As the Retirement Speacialist for the Senior Services Division of The eRealty Shop, she combines her expertise as a Geriatric Care Manager, along with her Realtor designation, to serve maturing adults and their families in a multitude of ways.
Tonya is a 1994 graduate of MTSU, earning her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She is past president of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Alzheimers Association. She is a member of the Mid Cumberland Association of Social Workers, National Senior Services Network, National Geriatric Care Managers Association, and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. She is the founder and President of Senior Pathways, a housing and referral firm for senior adults located in Nashville. She is the founder of Silver Angels, a non-profit organization created to provide services to low-income seniors.
Tonya and her team can provide services that go far beyond the typical real estate transaction. Beginning with a "needs assessment" the senior client and their family are assisted with all aspects of care ranging from in-home care, to assisted living, to preparing for a home sale, as well as estate sales, financial and asset protection and other services.
Always serving her clients as though each one is a member of her own family, Tonya Zuckerman is a master of resources---diligently providing services that make financial sense and monitoring providers to prevent excessive charges.
